Ayvens operates a multi-tenant enterprise vehicle leasing and fleet management platform. The core data processing backbone is deployed on Azure Databricks, structured according to the Medallion Architecture pattern (Bronze, Silver, Gold). This architecture ingests operational data feeds from subsidiary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, normalizes vehicle specifications and contract terms against global holding standards, and serves reconciled datasets to downstream customer portals, pricing engines, risk reporting services, and remarketing platforms.
The AIOps incident response and autonomous remediation engine interfaces directly with this infrastructure to detect, diagnose, and remediate data quality anomalies, normalization mapping gaps, and pipeline ingestion failures with zero manual overhead and sub-minute Mean Time to Remediation (MTTR).
The Ayvens analytics platform executes on a dedicated Azure Databricks Serverless SQL Warehouse. Multi-tenant governance, data isolation, and blast radius control are enforced at the Databricks Unity Catalog layer across three discrete catalogs.
